Get Support from Your Smartphone
A full help section is available from inside the BlackBerry MVS Client by pressing the Menu key on your BlackBerry smartphone (depending on your smartphone, this may be the key to the left of your trackball/trackpad or the trackwheel on the right-hand side)
Determine which Edition of the BlackBerry MVS Client is on Your Smartphone
For BlackBerry® Device Software v5.0 or higher:
- On the Home screen of your device, click the Options icon
- Click Applications
- Select Add-on from the drop-down menu
For BlackBerry Device Software v4.7.1 or lower:
- On the Home screen of your device, click the Options icon
- Click Advanced Options
- Click Applications
